Premium Duck and Sweet Potato

I was buying another brand that they were crazy about. After researching & discovering they originated in China….I started looking for USA!! I have 2 Scotties & a small long haired Dachshund/Terrier mix. It’s their happy hour treat! While they are more expensive, Mom & all are “ducky lovers” of all natural & supporting American made!

It is expensive but it's always fresh and my dog loves the duck jerkey with sweet potato, therefore, I purchase it frequently. You can always count it being delivered promptly and according to my dog, "It's delicious!"

I have spoken about the product numerous times. Now I will speak about the quality of the service. It is consistent in delivery, the product excellent quality and I have been dealing with this company for some time and I am extremely happy as a matter of fact this is the only treat my dog I give my dog.

However, most important is the customer service that to me is just as important as the quality of the product. I commented several times about the excellence of this product. However, what I feel is also important is the people who supply this wonderful product. I had the opportunity to speak to the owners of this company about my pet and they went beyond normal help. They supplied me with information that I needed and for a company to go beyond just selling the product is just as important as the quality of the product. Without good customer service, tells me the company does not care about its customers.
